DEPOSITS

We do require a deposit to hold your booking. Usually it is 50% of total fees.

EQUIPMENT FOR HIRE

We have an extensive list of equipment for hire. Email or call us for an up-to-date rate sheet.

LARGE ITEMS

We can definitely accommodate delivery of large bulky items. Both G19 and G79 have ground floor roller door access.

MINIMUM BOOKINGS

We are extremely flexible and cater for a variety of different projects. Typically most people hire for half or full days, or multiples of days.

FILM SHOOTS

Many film and television crews who do not require a soundstage have shot their projects here. Please call us for more information.

WEEKEND ACCESS

You can hire studios over the weekend. We operate 7 days a week.

AIRPORT ACCESS

In good traffic, the airport is only 20 minutes away. You don’t even have to cross the city.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

North Melbourne Station is just a 6 minute walk or a 2 minute sprint.

CYCLORAMA

We have two cycloramas. The one located at G19 is 12m x 10m and the one located at G79 is 6m x 8m. If you need to paint the floor there is a $120 + GST charge.

DO I PAY A CLEANING FEE?

We will only charge a cleaning fee if you don't leave the place as clean as you found it. Cleaning fees are typically $150 + GST.

DO I NEED INSURANCE?

Yep – you will need the basic standard – $10,000,000 in personal liability insurance.
